    Thanks so much for sharing this! I’ve tried these a few times a few different ways and I keep scorching the tortilla. How do you get it evenly crispy but not burnt or dried out? Any tips? Thanks!

      Hi Adam, the timing takes a bit of practice. Take tortillas off just before they get too dark and dry. They should have a bit of dark color to them and be slightly crispy, but still soft enough to roll and cut.
