A Clover-Inspired Dish for Celebrity Chef Alex Guamaschelli

Celebrity chef and executive chef at New York City‘s Butter, Alex Guamaschelli, came by the Little Kitchen for the recent Art Auction & Garden Party. She took a walk through the garden and was excited to find young clover thriving in the mint patch. When she shared the unique lime/cilantro taste with Colin she asked him to promise to create a clover dish.
