Argentinian Chimichurri

Argentinian Chimichurri


  • 2 cups fresh parsley leaves
  • Handful fresh basil leaves
  • Handful fresh oregano sprigs
  • 10 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • salt
  • 1 cup oil

Add garlic to food processor and chop well.

Add red bell pepper and chop well.

Add fresh herbs and chop well.

Add vinegar, lemon juice and salt and mix well.

Slowly incorporate oil and mix well.

Let sit for 2 days before serving to increase flavor.
